If you wish to complete the form and make your payment online with credit or debit card simply click the corresponding orange button.
If you with to print and mail-in your form with with a check or money order simply click the corresponding PDF Mail-In button.
Registration
Online Registration Form:(we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)
- Click on the register now button.
- Fill out the registration form and credit card information through our secure check out process.
- Your home school packet will arrive within 14 days of completing the online registration form.
Mail-In Registration Form:
- Click on the mail-in Registration Form.
- Send in the Registration Form along with payment to the address on the form.
- Your home school packet will arrive within 14 days of AHS receiving your registration form.
Official Transcripts
Emailed Copy of Official Transcript Request Form: FREE (to school or institution only).
- Click on the Email Transcript Request button.
- Official Transcripts are free if emailed directly to the institution or school requiring them. (If a hard copy is requested or if sent to the student there is a $10 charge; please fill out the Hard Copy Form below)
- Your signed Official Transcripts will emailed within 7 days of completing the online form.
Hard Copy of Official Transcript Request Form: $10 (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)
- Click on the Online Transcript Request button.
- A Hard Copy of your Official Transcripts with signature and raised seal will mailed within 7-14 days of completing the online form.
Mail-In Official Transcript Request Form:
Official Transcripts are free if mailed directly to the institution requiring them. If sent to the student there is a $10 charge.
- Click on the mail-in Transcript Request Form.
- Send in the Transcript Request Form along with payment to the address on the form.
- Your Official Transcripts will arrive by mail or email within 14 days of AHS receiving your form.
Original Copy of Diploma
Online Original Copy of Diploma Form:(we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)
- Click on the Online Copy of Diploma button.
- Choose which option you would like and fill out the online form and credit card information through our secure check out process.
- Your Original Copy of Diploma and Unofficial Transcripts will be mailed within 14 days of completing the form.
Mail-In Original Copy of Diploma Form:
- Click on the mail-in Copy of Diploma Form.
- Send in the Copy of Diploma Form along with payment to the address on the Form.
- Your Original Copy of Diploma will arrive by mail within 14 days of AHS receiving your form.
